President Gül Has a Phone Conversation with Marzouki of Tunisia

President Abdullah Gül discussed the current situation in Palestine with President Moncef Marzouki of Tunisia when his Tunisian counterpart called him.

The two Presidents, during the telephone conversation, underscored the importance of both establishing the necessary conditions for cease fire and supplying the humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza. The two leaders further informed each other about the efforts of Turkey and Tunisia regarding this issue. They also discussed the current situation in Libya.
